Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band centered out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is created from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his childhood loved one, Spencer Smiths (drums), consisting of their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
